This week’s Apex Show features Tracy Stuart from Frank Taylor and Associates. Marita Kritzinger, editorial director of Apex, will be talking to Tracy about how to convert your telephone enquiries for your dental practice – in other words, how to turn any phone call coming in to the practice into a living breathing and paying patient! Tracy is often invited to speak at large events such as the BACD and her articles are published in many dental journals. Tracy has over 20 years of practical management experience with dental practices, and she has managed and developed two squat practices that now appear on national TV and has implemented many American systems into UK practices.
