The Wombats at Hammersmith Apollo

The three band members met in 2003 at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, soon becoming friends and starting to jam together. In 2006, the band released their debut single Girls, Boys, and Marsupials, which only became available as a release in Japan. The Wombats are touring the UK with a huge following of fans. The Wombats also won a NME award in 2008 for Best Dance Floor Filler. With the band receiving tremendous success, fans will expect to have an awesome time at their gig at the Apollo. We asked the fans what they are expecting from their new album and from tonight's gig. We also asked if they have a favourite song, what would they would like to hear? Distributed by Tubemogul.
