The Undecided Idiot

He's the one who confidently strides onto the middle of the road, head held high. Just when you think he's going to pass comfortably, he freezes. He can't seem to resolve his Shakespearean dilemma - to cross or not to cross and you'll be convinced that an idiot by any other name would harm just as much.
