The Truth About Binge Drinking
Description
Binge drinking is consuming large quantities of alcohol in a single session that brings your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to .08 grams or higher. This usually happens when men consume more than 5 drinks in 2 hours or women consume 4 or more drinks in 2 hours. Binge drinking is the most common and most deadly pattern of excessive alcohol use in the US.
