The Terror Nursery

Terrorism seems to be rearing it's ugly head in remote pockets of the country with the larger design of destabilizing the country. The intelligence agencies have found concrete evidence that a process of sustained indoctrination and recruitment is on in areas that have high illiteracy and poverty. Some pockets in Bihar close to the Indo Nepal border has emerged as the New terror nursery.
