We’re nearing the end of the season and the grand finale of the Freeride World Tour is about to take place, so after an intense season in Kicking Horse (Canada), Valnord Arcalis (Andorra) and Fieberbrunn, (Austria), here’s all you need to know about the FWT Finals 2018 in Verbier, Switzerland:

Taking place on the steepest, most unforgiving face that ever saw a freeride competition – the Bec des Rosses – the Verbier Xtreme is the most feared, yet most revered, venue in freeriding. Every year, this final tour spot pushes riders and viewers alike to the limit, and it's here (after several rounds of qualifiers and cut-offs) that only a handful of competitors are allowed to put on a final performance and battle for the world titles in their respective disciplines.
