The last time we saw The Sorcerer's Apprentice, he was Mickey Mouse and he was chasing a flurry of magical mops and buckets. These days, he's in the rather more human guise of Jay Baruchel, the young science student who's taken under the wing of Nicolas Cage's ancient magician. We travelled to Barcelona recently to talk to Cage, Baruchel, bad guy Alfred Molina, director Jon Turteltaub and producer Jerry Bruckheimer to get the scoop on the newest take on a very old story...
