The Sony Reader Goes Under Water!
Description
When two professional divers wanted to bring their Sony PRS-300 Readers with them on long dives, they turned to a company called Gates. Gates specializes in underwater housing for all kinds of electronic gear, so they created a custom-made unit for the Reader that not only kept it dry but also kept it from being destroyed under the crushing ocean depths. The housing unit is not commercially available, but team SGNL was able to borrow one from Gates and put it to the test.
