The Silence Heard - Scream

They build up within you to point of an explosion.
The words, those emotions.
As if you have no control over them.

The rush of your blood,
Boiling to the core.

You run to spare others of what might erupt.

You reach the cold air where the wind will carry it away.
You finally release it,
an a calm comes over you.

You catch each breathe as it was your last.
Your heartbeat slows, and your head is now clear.
The moment has fleeted as quickly as it came.
