Top Quality Rip from the Rare superior quality Strand VCI VHS Release of "Thomas Breaks the Rules & Other Stories" from 1993. Narrated by Ringo Starr. Has not been re-released on VHS or DVD since 1994.

Thomas is ill and Duck does his work while Thomas is at the Works. But when Thomas returns, his handbrake is not fixed properly and when a "relief" fireman forgets to put it on Thomas runs away with Annie and Clarabel in tow. Harold chases after him with an inspector to stop the runaway Thomas.
