The Roots

“The roots” has gone through a very spontaneous creating process. As Lapino Albino was thinking about a way to edit a showreel we were going in the direction of a movie trailer. Niels Aernouts tried to put up a new voice and the Lapino’s liked it for this purpose. So a text was made and the first take was recorded for approval.
But then Niels got appendicitis and didn’t get to work with Lapino Albino for a month. Pedro found again this audio-fragment and he made an animation on it. Before he’d already made a short clip on the speech of Martin Luther King in the same text animation style which worked pretty good. When the 4 Lapino’s got reunited this clip was finished.
