The Real USA - Tax on soft drinks

Trend-setting Berkeley, California has become the first US city to approve a tax on soft drinks in response to its high rates for obesity and diabetes. A grass roots campaign, called "Berkeley vs Big Soda", successfully convinced voters to approve a one cent per ounce tax on sugary drinks. Rachael Silverman reports from Berkeley. teleSUR
