The PTL® 2017 (English)

The PTL® is a big adventure in the heart of the Mont-Blanc massif of 290 km and 26 300 m ascent, to be realised in a team in 151 hours 30 mins maximum and in complete autonomy. This year there were 118 teams of 2 or 3 runners ( of which 38 were women ) representing 34 nations, who made the commitment to meet this challenge. It takes an original route around Mont-Blanc which is enlarged via little known, technical and very wild footpaths. This event, is not a competition and therefore has no final ranking, explores the limits of trail-running. The 2017 edition registered 53% finishers against 45% in 2016
