The Most Polite Visitor

: "This male fox has been visiting my garden since July 2022. As a young cub I enjoyed watching him play in my garden. This year he had himself a partner and they raised two cubs in a den dug out under my garden shed. He visits every day.
On one of his visits he started to tap on my patio door. I think my first reaction was where did he learn to do that. He did it again a couple of days later, so then I knew it was not a one off occurrence. The next time I was armed with my camera. Now if the door is closed when he arrives he taps on the glass, if the door is open he pops in and has a wander about."
