synopsis:
Sun Wukong (aka "The Monkey King") was born of the heavens but on earth acquired phenomenal strength and powers. He uses these powers for both good and evil in the ongoing battle between the heavenly kings and their demon enemies; ultimately learning great lessons, but paying a dear price in the process. This is a classic story of the responsibilities of power, acquiring true wisdom and finding redemption through sacrifice.
