"Well, well Jerry Lewis I've known since he was a baby," shared comedienne Phyllis Diller, 94. "You know, known him for so long. Love him madly. He's one of the funniest men who've ever lived. And he directed my first screen test, which obviously didn't work. Hahaha. I had no idea what I was doing. But he did."

"He committed. He committed. Whatever the character was. Whatever the pratfall was," explained Cook, 39. "Also, with his, you know, his humanitarian efforts. A full-fledged commitment to whatever that was he was trying to, you know, bring through and whatever message it was. And I have the deepest and utmost respect and that's why I'm here."
