In the fog-drenched city of Venice, an ancient plague hospital becomes a night ward for the terminally ill. The staff knows one rule: never place anyone in Bed 9. But when a dying man whispers ancient Arabic prayers and insists on being placed there, the old protections fail.
After his death, a burned jinn starts visiting the nurses, granting their deepest wishes—each one followed by terrifying consequences.
By the time the ward supervisor realizes her final prayer has been answered, it’s too late.
