We all know Lewis Carroll was a little partial to cocaine
But he'd have trouble dreaming this one up, it's way beyond insane.
The exodus is gathering pace with yet more walking out
They're dead but they're still drowning with the newco now in doubt.
The First Division may rally yet with two clubs now opposed
To entry gained into their league by a club that should be deposed.
Mr Dingwall thinks the loyal fans, would rather have them in the Third
But Hell mend those who blocked us: I like his choice of words
Just remember Glasgow Celtic, did you lend a helping hand?
When we were going under but were saved by Saint McCann
And what of poor Third Lanark, when you offered the "thumbs down"
Have your acts come back to haunt you, what goes ‘round comes around.
Did we ever hear the "Sorry" word for ills that you have caused?
Be careful what you wish for, the next time take a pause
And think of what you're saying, you're the ones who done us wrong.
Now Scottish clubs abandon you and stand together strong.
United against chairmen who robbed and cheated all
And now you say "Hell mend you", you've got some bloody gall!
The way things are working out, you'll have no team to play
You've got Wallace and McCulloch in, at least they never walked away!
In the old days that was honour but the newco's dying too
And now they're killing off themselves, a crazy thing to do.
Who're you going to play against, you don't know where you'll be
Why should players go to Sevco, that's if they reach Division Three!
With three teams from the First opposed and more will follow suit
The bastion known as Ibrox is now a house of ill repute
