Description
Jeong Mi-hee- The estranged mother of Moon Dong-eun, she appeared to have Moon Dong-eun out of wedlock, and according to her, she was encouraged to get an abortion when she was pregnant with her but instead kept her. The two were not very close, as Jeong Mi-hee worked long hours away from her daughter at a Barbershop. Jeong still however provided her daughter with a place to live and other necessities. However would end up betraying her own daughter in 2004, after signing a contract with Hong Young-ae (Park Yeonjin's mother) to agree to change the reason for Moon's Dong-eun's dropout from school to maladjustment from bullying, with the promise of money in return. Which made Moon Dong-eun's bullies, Park Yeonjin, Lee Sara, Jeon Jae-jun, Choi Hyejeong and Song Myeong O escape punishment for assaulting her including burning her with a curling iron. Jeong Mi-hee, would leave her daughter in a hotel, using the money she got from Hong Young-ae to go somewhere else, leaving her daughter to become completely independent at 16. Eighteen years after this by 2022- mother and daughter have been estranged for over 10 years, but Jeong comes back into her daughter's life, after making a deal with her daughter's nemesis, Park Yeonjin, to get Moon fired from her job at Semyeong Elementary School, with a hefty sum of money in return. Jeong arrives to Moon Dong-eun's workplace greeting her outside and then visits Moon's apartment squatting there with her boyfriend. Moon Dong-eun finds out her mother is working with her enemy, Park Yeonjin in getting her fired from her job to get money in return and Moon quits her job before she can be fired. She then approaches her mother about her second betrayal, Jeong responds by telling her daughter that she could have been rich if she had waited to be fired from her job,(with Jeong having been paid a fortune for completing her mission). Moon becomes angry and starts cutting the designer handbags Jeong had paid for using the money she had been given by Park Yeonjin, then Jeong Mi-hee accidentally starts a fire in Moon's apartment whilst cackling with laughter and allows the apartment to burn, Jeong also insults her daughter, even swearing and says she nev
