The Gingerbread Man

A gingerbread boy is baked in an oven by a lonely, little old woman who has no children to call her own. Her farmer husband is hungry for a cookie and so is his cow, his pig, and his goat. Run, run, run, as fast as you can! is the call of the Gingerbread boy as he pridefully races away from his chasers. The Gingerbread man is stopped by a rushing river with only a sly fox waiting nearby to offer his help. The cookie takes his chances and jumps aboard the fox, only to meet the beginning of a very unhappy ending.\r
