The Flan Went Flying

: "I wanted to show my father how my dessert turned out. My intention was for it to be custard (more liquid texture) and it turned out to be a flan by surprise. With flans, you usually have to run a knife along the edges so that they come off the source. That's why I didn't think this one would literally fly away.
