The Deep Dish With Junzi Kitchen’s Lucas Sin

Over the past year, we’ve had the chance to meet a lot of people with amazing stories. Since their stories have aired, we’ve had a chance to reconnect and get deeper into what drives them.

In this episode, we sit down with Lucas Sin, the head chef at Junzi Kitchen in New York who was featured on our channel making his signature tomato egg noodle dish.

Sin was born and raised in Hong Kong, so of course, we had to take him to a local cafe to have him introduce some of his favorite Hong Kong dishes. We talk about the food’s colonial roots and how his cooking is changing New York’s Chinese dining scene.
