A ring of men allegedly headed by Yadav Singh, a bureaucrat in Uttar Pradesh, who has been arrested today by the CBI for swindling over 100cr of rupees in 10 yers of spam.
The investigation headed by CBI gives one big hint of the scams carried over in the period of 10 years (2002-2012)
