"The Creation", Overture, from The Prodigal Son

This is the first sampling of the Opera's Grand Overture. If you can picture the chaos at the beginning of all time and space, when the entirety of existence is being put into order. This is what this overture is about, the creation of everything in the universe. It ends on a solo, lonely note, which is trailed onto by a solo violin at the beginning of the Opera, where we are introduced to Lucifer in Hell, as he opens the story in Act I, Scene I.
