This is the exact quote from Roof (referring to my paraphrasing in the video): "I'm here to kill black people. You guys rape our women and you are taking over the country." For this shooting to not be considered a terrorist act is one of the very characteristics of 'white privilege'. for Roof to be apprehended and not murdered or tasered on sight (even after his actions) is further proof of this privilege.

People are looking at this event as a 'false flag' attack (for many reasons); ultimately, this leads to the larger issue of organized/institutional attacks on people of African descent around the world. Roof's romantic attraction to a continent under the rule of people such as Cecil Rhodes is an extension of the deportation of Hatians out of the Dominican Republic, the 'xenophobic' attacks on Africans by other Africans, and so much more... Colonization is still very much in existence. We cannot look at Roof's actions as an isolated incident. We cant look at his actions without looking at the global imperialist actions of the U.S.
