You’re not here to learn complicated steps; you’re here to move with the music and release your inner child (“laugh at yourself,” “play with it,” “smile!”). The cardio movements are based on traditional Bhangra dance complete with whimsical cues like “feed the chickens” and “gorilla walk.” The short toning segment includes bellydance-inspired squats and even some fun “mermaid legs” floorwork. Energizing drum-based instrumental music.
