The Big Mac Turns 50

According to Business Insider, McDonald's iconic sandwich, the Big Mac turns 50 this year. To celebrate the the birthday of this iconic dish, McDonald's is giving away MacCoins on Thursday August 2nd. MacCoins are a "global currency" that can be redeemed for a free Big Mac starting Friday August 3rd. Over the past 50 years, McDonald's has been serving millions of Big Macs at more than 36,000 locations around the world.
