"The Baby From Outer Space" (1991)

Bizarre animated short by the late Gordon Thomas about a teenaged delinquent who poses as a babysitter for a mischievous infant. But the wackiness only increases when two trouble-making aliens arrive. Was commonly run on the Sci-Fi Channel as between-program filler in the mid-90's.
