The Audi e-tron prototype heat challenge

In the salty desert of South Africa engineer Christoph Weber is testing the limits of the Audi e-tron prototype. Under the most adverse conditions, the electronic SUV has to master different challenges. Is the car able to cool down the interieur from 68° to 22° Celsius without air conditioning and has the battery the power to accelerate up to 200km/h under such extreme heat?
