In a dying future a man who’s lost everything returns to the place that took it from him.
THE ARCADIAN is a story of revenge and redemption in a strange future world which visually echoes some of the more wild 1970s pop sci-fi.
Like a love letter to the arty films and cinematic style of the seventies and early eighties – think ZARDOZ and THE OMEGA MAN – it is inspired in equal parts by Samurai movies, rock opera, and underground comics.
The film is written and directed by Dekker Dreyer, best known for the fabulous MONDO ATOMIC comics, and we are honoured that Dekker will be at the screening to introduce the film.
The film stars J. LaRose (Saw III, Repo! The Genetic Opera), Deshja Driggs (Poundcake) and Lance Henriksen (Aliens, Terminator, Millennium).
