Instructions for Sage:
1. Let sage steep in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
2. Pour into a glass and let sit in the refrigerator until cool, or to speed up the process, just add ice.
3. Drink the tea when cool.


Instructions for Alum:
1. Mix one teaspoon of alum with one cup of water, and a quarter-cup of alcohol.
2. Store in a perfume atomizer, or similar, and spray on as needed.


BE CAUTIOUS as some research has suggested long-term use of aluminum can potentially affect the health. Check with your doctor if necessary.
