The all-new Audi e-tron Preview

The arrival on the market of the Audi e-tron, the first one hundred percent electric vehicle of the brand of the four rings, marks the beginning of a new era in which efficiency, comfort and performance are combined in a large SUV that is at the same time sporty, luxurious and apt for a use without compromises.

Its 95 kWh high-voltage battery provides power to two electric motors that move the SUV with force, without local emissions and in absolute silence. In boost mode, the combined power of the two engines reaches 300 kW, with a maximum torque of 664 Nm. In this mode of maximum power, the Audi e-tron accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 5.7 seconds. Its autonomy is 417 km in the WLTP driving cycle.

Audi offers different solutions for charging the battery, both at home, with power from 11 to 22 kW, and on public roads, using direct current (DC) charging stations of up to 150 kW, which allow the Audi e- tron be ready to cover a new stage of a long journey in approximately 30 minutes. The Audi e-tron Charging Service provides easy access to 80% of Europe's charging stations with a card or the myAudi app. And it will be even more comfortable for the user with the new Plug & Charge function, which will be available during 2019, and which will allow the same vehicle to authorize the recharging point to carry out the operation.
