The Abbey Bible, presented by Christine Sciacca

Christine Sciacca, assistant curator of the Manuscripts department at the J. Paul Getty Museum, speaks at the Sanctity Pictured Symposium held at the Frist Center in Nashville, TN. Recently acquired by the museum, this manuscript is the complete Bible and captures the early years of the mendicant rivalry in Italy. The book was produced for Dominican order.
