The 3 Unbreakable Exercises You Should Be Doing Right Now

Gabe, with the help of NFL superstar, Brian Urlacher, showed us how to do these 3 crucial exercises that nobody else is doing yet. Here they are:
First up we have the Farmers Carry. The trick here is to work the shoulder stability. Grab two kettle bells of equal weight and let them hang to your sides, then take them for a walk. Repeat 3 times.
Next up is the Trap Bar Deadlift. First you need a trapbar, next you need some weights. Now it's time to lift. Start with 3 sets of 8 and change the weight accordingly.
Last but not least, we have the sled push. Load your sled with some weight, then push it across the room while grabbing the high handles. Once you've pushed it all the way, run around it and bring it back using the low handles. Use a suicide interval and you'll really feel the burn.
