they are sign of my strength

they are a sign of my daily burden and my strength in carrying it

My tears are not a sign of my weakness,
they are a sign of my giving of my troubles to the Lord.
My tears are not a sign of my weakness,
they are a sign my letting go of the past

My tears are not a sign of weakness,
they are a sign of my new beginnings
My tears are not a sign of my weakness,
they are sign of the compassion I’m feeling for you

My tears are definitely not a sign of my weakness,
but a sign of the infinite strength I have in my God!
