It took half a century, but the makers of a drug which caused birth defects around the world are saying that they are sorry. Thalidomide was prescribed to pregnant women to help with morning sickness, but it caused thousands of babies to be born with deformities. Al Jazeera's Nick Spicer reports from Berlin.
