Thaksin Maew Rap

Thaksin former Prime Minister of Thailand overthrown by a coup, cannot speak English. He is accused of corruption (about 20 cases). He is actually on the run. Now, he is using his money (got dubiously) hidden in tax havens, to topple the Abhisit government in the aim to come back to recuperate the billions of dollars frozen in Thailand, and to clear all his malfeasance.
