Thailand building collapse kills four

Four people were killed and another injured early Monday when an apartment building collapsed in Saraburi Province, about 107 kilometres north of Bangkok.
According to local media, torrential rains and flooding weakened the building's foundation and might have contributed to the collapse.
Search and rescue teams were working to find additional victims believed to be trapped under the rubble.
Police said a formal investigation into the collapse was underway.
