Thai Beef Salad - Easy, Quick and Delicious

This yum neua salad is one of the most popular salad in Thailand.
The salad is very easy and quick to make. You can marinate the beef in advance, it can be chilled for up to 10 hours.

Who can resist perfectly cooked tender steak, fresh tomatoes, crunchy cucumber, slightly spicy and a tart dressing?
I also add some arugula leaves too, it gives a nice peppery and slightly spicy taste. SO GOOD.

To make this keto thai beef salad, you’ll need :
2 tbsp thin soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
200 gr rib eye steak
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lightly squeezed lime juice
1 small cucumber
1 red capsicum
1 roma tomato
6 green chilli
2 cups arugula leaves
olive oil
coriander and mint leaves
