Texas explosion site "totally devastated"

Witnesses in Texas capture the moment a fire at a fertilizer plant turns into a devastating chemical blast.
At least 14 people died and 160 were injured in the explosion which ripped nearby houses apart.
Among the dead are a number of emergency responders who were at the scene as the fire erupted.
Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott says the area is totally destroyed.

"From the heart of where the explosion took place, to one side is a big field, and as a result on the big field side there is no damage.
