There used to be a time where happy families existed
And the love never died out, the longing for love persisted
You and mum once had that love; it soon came to an end
Maybe it was best for us all, maybe a god send
I’m glad what’s best happened dad, I’m really glad to say
This was the best option for us; to all move away

You say you want what’s best for your kids, what is best for me
Though you never see the trouble you cause, my life full of debris
When you try to kill mums joy and all her hopes and dreams
You restrain all your kids, give no trust, lose their love it seems
I have trouble trying to keep you in my life, just the way you are
I know you will never change for me, on everyone you leave a scar

I’m sick of this position I’m in, I feel I have to; I am made to love you
I do, you fit in a crack in of heart but its fading, feeling of hate begin to stew
The power you control us with doesn’t make you more of a person; you are not a top lad
It makes you a part of our lives yes but wouldn’t you rather be in my life as a dad?
Take time out of your stupid insane power games and try to see the pain you cause
I don’t need money in life; I need your support which in the present has many flaws
I want no part in your life and for you to have no part in mine
When you wake up from fairyland we may talk depending on your malign

For now I say goodbye dad, sorry but this is how it’ll be
Until you become supportive and show that you really love me
