I met you on the internet. I'm glad
For we have formed a partnership that's good
And who can take away the times we've had
Or understand the things we've understood?
We'll never meet in person, sad but true,
But from afar we'll always be so near
And I can share my inmost thoughts with you,
While I can always offer you my ear.
Our feelings intermingle day by day,
Our intimacy totally unbound
And under skies of blue or clouds of grey,
Together we'll be walking common ground.
Togetherness is written on the page
For open hearts and minds that never age.
