Terra Folk is a new project with original musics , that bets on collecting tradicional portuguese musics (From beira baixa and tras-os-montes) so as worldmusic. It's in the core of Portugal , in the snow covered valleys of Serra da Estrela, that Terra Folk borns.Terra Folk relies on Portuguese bagpipe ( originary from the previously spoken trás-os-montes)as the main instrument,traditional drum, adufe , and portuguese reed (from beira baixa), as well as a quite large amount of internacional instruments (irish flutes,bouzouky,uillean pipe, turkish sirca, medieval tabla, and odaiko.

Terra Folk wants to reach a place of well knowing and diference on the portuguese music history with their musics and instruments.
