TERMINATOR 1

Set in a dystopian future where machines have taken over the world, the film revolves around a desperate attempt by these machines to prevent a future human uprising. The machines, controlled by an artificial intelligence called Skynet, send a Terminator back in time to 1984 to kill Sarah Connor. Sarah is destined to be the mother of John Connor, the future leader of the human resistance against the machines.

To counter this threat, the human resistance sends one of their soldiers, Kyle Reese, back in time to protect Sarah. As the Terminator relentlessly hunts Sarah, Reese must explain the gravity of the situation to her and help her survive.
