Tender rigged towards Digital Vibes

The ongoing investigations into communications company Digital Vibes' dealings with government is deepening. A Daily Maverick report reveals that the communication company’s contract was rigged to favour them. The reports says the procurement process undertaken to award the N-H-I contract was deeply flawed, unlawful and invalid. The Daily Maverick's investigative unit, Scorpio, has so far also revealed that suspended health minister Zweli Mkhize and his family financially benefited from R150-million contract.
