Temeka Tabannor - Meeting Someone New

I met a guy
Whose looks and personality caught my eye
Everyday that we talked on the phone
My feelings for him began to grow
Skeptical I continued to be, because I had been hurt by many
He continued to tell me that his motives were pure
Yet in the back of my mind I felt as though he just wanted to score
I was real with him from the door
In the beginning I told him that I wanted to remain pure
Everything seemed fine up until a month in
When he told me that he didn't want a friend
He wanted a woman
Reading in between the lines I realized that he just wanted to engage in sin
That's when it came to an end.
