teleSUR Celebrates 10 Years

Panelists from around the world came to Ecuador to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of teleSUR, a decade of information of and for the South. A conference organized by the International Center for Higher Communication Studies for Latin America, or Ciespal, examined the role of teleSUR, and how progressive governments of the region have worked with public media. Our correspondent Liz Scherffius brings us more on this celebration from Quito.
