Blessed are the people in the world
who never notice our harsh stares;
people who are so ugly, they
have no choice but to be beautiful.
They do not cover their mouth
with a protective hand or seal
their lips from what might be
nothing more than loving kisses…
They never shy away
from confronting their mirrors
being as they are impervious
to vanities and amour propre.
Blessed are the people in the world
Who achieve Victory over themselves…
People who are so ugly, they
have no choice but to be beautiful__
