There are no candles in this room
Only the natural light of our faces
is evident in this darkness.
And that is enough to expose us.
Only the utterance of our voices
disturbs this quiet,
And that is enough to besiege us.
There is no name for this room.
Only World has been coined for it
and spent with repudiation.
And that is enough to confuse us.
There is no room in this room.
Only that which we make ourselves
is all that can be claimed.
