TECHNIQUES DU SABRE ASIATIQUE

Le maniement du sabre, de tous temps et dans tous les pays, s’est développé avec les techniques guerrières. Ainsi le sabre, qu’il soit européen, africain ou asiatique, a construit sa légende sur les champs de bataille et dans les récits guerriers. Basé sur les cinq éléments qui régissent la vie du pratiquant, le maniement du sabre est ainsi strictement codé pour en tirer l’essence et l’essentiel de ces éléments qui sont : Bois, Feu, terre, Métal et Eau.

The handling of the sabre, in different times and various countries, has evolved along martial techniques. Thus, the saber, whether European, African or asian, has built its legend on battle fields and in war tales. Based on the five elements that structure the practitioner’s life, the handling of the saber is strictly codified in order to extract the essence of these elements : wood, fire, earth, metal and water.

Die Handhabung des Schwertes hat sich zu allen Zeiten und in allen Ländern gemeinsam mit den Kriegstechniken entwickelt. So hat das Schwert, sei es nun europäisch, afrikanisch oder asiatisch, seine Legenden auf den Schlachtfeldern und in den Erzählungen der Krieger entstehen sehen. Gestützt auf die fünf Elemente, die das Leben des Übenden beherrschen, ist der Umgang mit dem Schwert durch strengste Richtlinien geregelt, um das Wesen und das Wesentliche aus diesen Elementen abzuleiten, welche wären: Holz, Feuer, Erde, Metall und Wasser.
